PROFILE:
Larry joined the firm in
1984 upon his graduation from Case Western Reserve University Law
School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. His areas of practice
include Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Insurance Defense, Labor and
Employment, Bankruptcy, and General Corporate Law. Mr. Bach received
his A.B. degree from the University of Dayton. While in law school, his
article on the use of trade names in UCC financing statements was
awarded a first prize from the Commercial Law Foundation; the article

Admitted to practice
in all of the courts in the State of Ohio, as well as the United States
District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit
Court of Appeals, Mr. Bach has extensive experience in a wide range of
litigation matters. He has represented clients in a variety of areas,
including commercial transactions, employment discrimination claims,
non-competition agreements, franchise disputes, and consumer protection
claims. Mr. Bach regularly counsels clients on a number of business and
legal issues, including the use of personnel handbooks, contract
matters, and risk management. He has conducted seminars outlining the
procedure to obtain injunctive relief and lectures businesses on Ohio’s
consumer statutes. Mr. Bach is a member of the Akron and Ohio Bar
Associations.
