PROFILE:
Michael DeCarlo received
his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School
of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1986. Michael
also is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Northern
District of Ohio and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Michael's areas of
practice involve extensive experience in:
Estate planning and
Probate, including the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable
trusts, powers of attorney, family limited partnerships, and private
foundations.

State and Federal estate,
estate income, trust income, and gift tax return preparation and audit
defense. Business succession planning for business owners.
Real
estate law, including negotiation and preparation of real estate
contracts, tax deferred commercial and residential leases, exchange
agreements, subdivision restrictions, condominium documents, homeowners
and condominium associations, and mortgage based financing documents.
General
business law, including formation of corporations (including
professional, subchapter S, C, and tax exempt), partnerships, and
limited liability companies, documents governing entity operations and
documents regarding acquisitions, mergers, liquidations, and other
asset and ownership interest transfers, and financing transactions.
