PROFILE:
Rodd joined the firm in
1999 and practices in the areas of business and civil
litigation, construction law, bankruptcy, business entity
formation, and utility-related matters. He has a range of
experience representing local and national businesses in tort
litigation, lender liability, real estate, construction and contract
disputes. In addition to litigation, Rodd assists clients
with negotiating and drafting construction project documents and
provides advice regarding the management of construction disputes prior
to the commencement of litigation.
Rodd is a graduate of the
University of Akron School of Law (J.D., 1994) and received his
undergraduate degree from Muskingum College (B.S., Chemistry,
1990). He received additional litigation training at the National
Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA). Rodd is a member of the Ohio
State Bar Association and practices before Courts in the state of Ohio;
the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; the
United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; and the
United States Patent and Trademark Office.
