Mr. Lembright began his legal career with the Ohio Division of Securities where he participated in enforcement actions and registrations and served as Counsel to the Commissioner. Prior to receiving his law degree, Mr. Lembright worked for several large insurance companies as a Surety and Fidelity Bond Manager.

Mr. Lembright is a graduate of the Cleveland - Marshall College of Law (J.D.) and received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University (B.S. in Commerce) He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, and serves on the advisory committee for registrations and exemptions with the Ohio Division of Securities.  He serves on the Assistance of Lawyers Committees for both the Ohio State Bar and the Cleveland Bar and also is a trustee of the Brecksville  - Broadview Heights Schools Foundation.  Mr. Lembright has been a presenter at various continuing legal education seminars regarding Blue Sky Law, venture capital funding, and oil and gas law.
