PROFILE:
Timothy J. Truby (“Tim”) was born in Akron, Ohio on
June 17, 1946. He attended Kent State University, where he earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree. Tim received is Juris Doctor
degree from the University of Akron Law School and was admitted to the
Bar in 1972.
Tim is admitted to
practice before Ohio’s state courts, the United
States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United
States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Akron Bar
Association, Ohio Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law
Attorneys and is a participating attorney in the AARP Legal Services
Network.
Prior to joining the firm,
Tim was an Assistant Summit County Prosecutor and a Probation Officer.
Tim
practices in the areas
of business, real estate, estate planning, probate, civil litigation,
as well as criminal and family law.
