Currently, he is a National Executive Board Member for the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, www.nspii.com, an organization established for the purpose of providing recognition, training, professionalism and support for those conducting insurance investigations.  He also serves as legal advisor for Love for Angels, www.loveforangels.org, a non-profit organ- ization involved in aiding individuals and families dealing with the affliction of Angelman’s Syndrome.  He is also active in the Akron Bar Association and has chaired and vice-chaired several committees.

William is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio (1985); U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; and in the State of Florida (1986).  William is also a member of the American Bar, Ohio Bar, Florida Bar, Akron Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute.
