William J. Detweiler (“Bill’) joined Roderick Linton, LLP in 1996. Bill is a Family Law lawyer. He has extensive experience in complex divorce cases and contested custody matters. Bill’s practice includes negotiating separation agreements, shared parenting plans, dissolutions and prenuptial agreements. He also handles a multitude of post-divorce and post-dissolution matters including child and spousal support modifications and all parenting issues. 

Bill is a member of the Family Law Committee of the Akron Bar Association. Bill earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron in 1984 and his law degree from the Case Western Reserve School of Law in 1987.
